Israeli army keep bombing Rafah and Jabalia

On the 165th day of the war on the Gaza Strip and the ninth day of the holy month of Ramadan, the Israeli occupation army launched a series of air strikes and artillery shelling on various areas in the Strip, most notably Rafah in the south and the Jabalia camp in the north, which left dozens of martyrs and wounded.

With increasing international pressure and criticism of Israel, the United Nations warned that the lives of more than a million residents of the Strip are in danger. The World Food Program also warned of the specter of famine.

Politically, the Jerusalem Post newspaper quoted Israeli officials as saying that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu granted the negotiating delegation a mandate much less than what the security leaders requested.

Militarily, the occupation army admitted that 3 soldiers were wounded in the Gaza Strip within one day, bringing the number of the occupation’s wounded to 3,082 officers and soldiers since the outbreak of the war.

Israel committed 9 massacres in Gaza in the past 24 hours

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that the Israeli occupation committed 9 massacres in the Strip during the past 24 hours, killing 93 martyrs and 142 injured.

This brings the number of victims of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip to 31,819 martyrs and 73,934 injured since the beginning of the aggression against the Gaza Strip on the seventh of last October.

Hamas cannot be defeated by starving civilians in Gaza

Belgian Cooperation and Development Minister Caroline Guenez said that Israel cannot defeat Hamas by starving civilians in the Gaza Strip.

The Minister called on Israel to open the crossings and stop preventing humanitarian aid from entering the Strip. She said that famine threatens more than a million people in Gaza, and that hunger should not be turned into a weapon of war.

Palestinian Foreign Ministry: Israel began destroying Rafah without announcing it to avoid international reactions

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Israel began its aggression against the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip without announcing the move or waiting for anyone’s permission to avoid international reactions.

In a statement, the Ministry condemned the escalating bloody Israeli bombing and systematic destruction carried out by the Israeli army against the city of Rafah, without paying attention to international warnings about the danger of invading the city, which includes hundreds of thousands of displaced people from the north and center of the Gaza Strip.

This comes after the occupation army intensified its raids on Rafah since yesterday evening, Monday, which led to the death of a number of martyrs and the injury of others.
