Egypt is working to advance the Gaza negotiations to stop Israeli movements in Rafah

Today (Thursday), the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation reported, citing unnamed sources, that Egypt is seeking to advance negotiations aimed at concluding a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and the Hamas movement, with the aim of influencing Israeli movements in Rafah, according to what was published by the World News Agency Arabi”.

With increased talk about the Israeli army’s imminent storming of the area located in the far south of the Gaza Strip, the commission also said that Israel had begun to formulate what it described as “the new broad lines that will form the basis for negotiations with (Hamas).”
