Palestine & Israel Conflict

Students from several universities, including Oxford and Cambridge, are protesting to stop companies from supporting Israel

Students from top universities, seeing the increasing wave of activism, are protesting against companies that support Israel. They are doing this protest because they’re worried about human rights issues in Palestine. This protest of top university students like Cambridge and Oxford clearly highlights how they are using their power to push for change in Palestine.

The big problem is that some companies are helping Israel in facilitating Israel’s policies with its actions in Palestine. From financial banking to military support like weapons and bombs, they give them every support they want. This support of companies makes the students and people think that there is a big hand of these companies in the worst situation in Palestine, which is badly destroying human rights and occupation as well.

Students hold protests characterised by dynamic rallies and social media campaigns, representing a grassroots effort to speak out against companies. Student organisations, fueled by widespread outrage, want these companies to take responsibility for what is happening badly in Palestine; these student groups’ protests could help raise awareness among corporate stakeholders and help them think about what they are doing.

One of the central sad feelings is that students are upset about Israel controlling land that belongs to Palestinians, where a vast violation of international law and human rights are badly ruined. They say corporations are complicit in perpetuating this cycle of oppression to remove this conflict of companies that are doing bad things against the rules of the world and not doing fair to people’s rights.

Students say that companies helping Israel are making the problem even worse by supporting Israel with money and military support, which helps to open the way to the destruction of the Palestinian people.

Moreover, people all over the world are disappointed by this disproportionate use of force by Israeli security forces who are violent against Palestinian people who are not involved in this battle. Students view corporate support for Israel as tantamount to endorsing these violent tactics, further galvanising their resolve to push for accountability and change.

People around the world are agitated because Israeli forces are using too much violence against Palestinian people who are not fighters. Students think that helping Israel means it’s okay, according to the thinking of companies, but they don’t have the idea that they are making them even more determined to make things change.

The protest is also about supporting Palestinian people in solidarity who are treated with systemic discrimination and are forced out of their homes. Students want to help them by targeting corporations and putting pressure on them with economic ties who support Israel. They are hoping for the world to listen to the voices of the marginalised people and advocate for the rights of the suffering people of Palestine.

The issue of corporate complicity in Israel’s policies has become the centre of discussion at the top university campuses like Oxford and Cambridge, whose activism has gained the attention of the world. It’s hoped by the universities that companies involved in human rights are supposed to align their investments with principles of social justice and human rights.

In the final analysis, the outcome of students protesting against corporate support for Israel will bring a decisive change of solidarity with the Palestinian cause. As more people speak out against unfairness and the voices of dissent grow louder, brutality against innocent Palestinian people can be changed into peace and comfort.
