Obama says US is ready for New Chapter and Better Story with ‘President Kamala Harris’

WASHINGTON — In a solid boost to Harris’s campaign, former President Obama urged the country to embrace “President Kamala Harris” during Tuesday’s DNC held in Chicago, Illinois. Obama spoke for the government to move to a new page under Harris, stating that she could be the Democratic candidate for the White House.

Candidate Obama felt the same way when he said: Come on now, America is ready for a new chapter. America is prepared for a better story.

Thus, Obama expressed joy that Harris “was not born to privilege” and praised her as a prosecutor who offended big banking companies and child sex offenders. He assured the Democrats that this would not change, as Harris would continue to be “introspective” to address their concerns and represent all citizens of America.

A chant of ‘Yes, she can!’ followed Obama’s plea to have Harris as the next president of the United States of America.

Obama also endorsed Harris’s running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, as an outstanding partner and the sort of politician needed in the country. As Obama recalled Walz, ‘He grew up in a small town, joined the army, was a dedicated soldier, has taught and coached football, and has taken care of the people around him he cares about.

Whipping up the Republican opponent of Harris, the former president Donald Trump, Obama referred to the man as ‘dangerous.’ He accused the man of what he perceives as power hunger, primarily for self-enrichment, especially at the detriment of the middle class, as well as disrespect for women’s reproductive rights.

As Obama pointed out, the matter is much worse: ‘The truth is that Donald Trump views power as a mere tool serving his purpose.’ “He would like the middle class to foot the bill for a new tax cut for the rich, primarily benefiting himself and his billionaire buddies.

In his speech, Obama used the event to endorse President Joe Biden, noting that he was the ” president who defended democracy at a time of peril. ” Obama also praised the Biden administration in the economy and healthcare.

“At a time when the other party had turned into a cult of personality, we needed a steady leader who brought people together and was selfless enough to do the rarest thing there is in politics: Oh, and that’s the man who has been singing about in the song as “He will give up an opportunity that will put him as the world is closely watching the upcoming election also said that the next election is eagerly waited by the global world if America can support a large, pluralistic democracy or not. Obama also pointed out that Implementing American values shapes the world’s perception and security.

“No nation, no society has ever attempted the construction of such a large democracy with such a diverse population as ours – where our loyalty and our fellowship are not determined by color or kin but by faith,” he said. That is why the world is painted more hopeful when we stand for our values. When we don’t, the world is a bit darker for it. ”

Obama emphasized that America should not be the world’s policeman, but it “can be, must be” a force for good in the world, and the same idea is accurate for Kamala Harris and many other Americans.

The evening also included a speech from the current First Lady, Michelle Obama, who returned to her home city of Chicago to repeat her husband’s message of hope. Copying Barack Obama’s tagline of the 2008 campaign, she said, “Hope is back.”

She said: “Something magically wonderful is in the air … It is the contagious power of hope” to the people gathered there.

Michelle Obama congratulated her friend and mentioned that they have many similarities. For example, they both grew up with a dream of America. She underscored Harris’s story of growing from a middle-class background to vice president and now a Democratic presidential candidate.

Michelle Obama finally said, ‘Kamala Harris is more than ready for this moment,’ to bring the event to an end.
