Social media company Metta has introduced an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot for its three platforms, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, and it is now available to most users in Pakistan as well. The company has named this chatbot ‘Meta AI’.
This facility was initially introduced to Meta users in Australia, Canada, Ghana, Jamaica, Malawi, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Singapore, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. While announcing the creation of ‘Meta AI’ last year, the company’s founder, Mark Zuckerberg, said, ‘ Its purpose is not only to answer your questions but to entertain you.
Meta AI is present in the search bar of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and users can ask this chatbot questions by going here. According to the company, the aim of introducing ‘Meta AI’ is to make users not have to move from one social media app to another to find an answer to a question. If you eat with your friends in a new city or country, you can ask ‘Meta AI’ to find good restaurants or dhabas around you.
The chatbot can also inform users about entertainment events held around them. If you are moving into your new home and are worried about what kind of furniture you should have there, ‘Meta AI’ can tell you what is currently famous worldwide.
Not only this, but you can also ask ‘Meta AI’ for details about flights, etc., before going to a country or city. Also, if you are bored, you can ask ‘Meta AI’ to tell you jokes or stories. Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp users can also create their images by providing details to the chatbot using the ‘MetaAI’ imagine feature.
