Palestine & Israel Conflict

Occupation forces storm Ramallah, surround the city hall, and clashes occur in Al-Far’a camp

In a report, Al Jazeera said that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the center of the city of Ramallah in the West Bank at dawn on Wednesday and surrounded the city hall. They also stormed the city of Hebron and the town of Yatta, located south of it.

The raids in Ramallah included several neighborhoods and roads in the city, leading to the outbreak of confrontations between Palestinian youth and the occupation forces.

On the other hand, Palestinian media said that the occupation forces arrested journalist Asma Harish, daughter of prisoner Noah Harish and sister of prisoner Ahmed Harish, after storming her home in Beitunia, west of Ramallah.

In the city of Hebron, in the south of the West Bank, the occupation forces conducted patrols and set up checkpoints in various areas.

In the town of Yatta, the forces searched a number of homes and dropped leaflets containing threatening statements to citizens.

The occupation army also stormed the town of Idna, west of Hebron, the Al-Arroub camp, and the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, deployed snipers on the roofs of houses, marched infantry soldiers through the streets, and arrested a young man from the Al-Arroub camp.

The raids extended to the city of Nablus, and foot soldiers from the occupation stormed the Shuafat camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Storming Al-Faraa camp

On the other hand, clashes broke out between Palestinian resistance fighters and the occupation forces during their storming of Al-Faraa camp, south of Tubas in the West Bank.

Palestinian platforms published scenes that they said showed the resistance targeting a military bulldozer of the occupation army with a homemade device, and pictures showing the occupation bulldozers destroying infrastructure during their storming of the camp.

The occupation forces continue their escalation against the Palestinians in the West Bank, coinciding with their war on the Gaza Strip.

The occupation army has arrested more than 7,960 Palestinians in the West Bank since October 7, according to data from the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club until yesterday, Tuesday.
