Recently, Pakistan faced a serious problem of rain which has also made some regions pounded and it caused a big problem for everyone; unfortunately, almost 35 people have lost their lives. Destruction of buildings and landslides also happened in this deluge, with rocks and dirt covering homes and roads. It is too dangerous and can destroy the lives of people. The rain was so heavy that even buildings that are not well-built couldn’t handle the disaster and got destructed, worsening the situation. So, to protect people’s lives from being wasted, we have to build better buildings and implement safety rules.
The heavy rain caused problems for families and communities; many of them have lost their loved ones but no one could connect with each other for help. People have also lost their jobs. After facing such horrible disasters, it becomes difficult for everyone to survive in their normal routine life and to rebuild their lives amidst immense challenges.
After the disaster, helpers came to the point as soon as possible and rushed to help the communities in trouble. The people who got stuck under the buildings were rescued by the helpers. The volunteers provided aid to the injured people to make them comfortable. Also, the government and groups did their best and started gathering resources to tackle this problem. They set up temporary homes for the people where they can live for a short time and worked fast to fix things as soon as possible.

Such types of disasters give us the lesson that we should be ready to face such types of disasters as well as how to make them less harmful by making proper plans. Climate change is one of the bad weather phenomena which make the situation even worse, and it’s even more important to be prepared. So, to save our communities, we have to build as strong buildings as we can.
As Pakistan feels sad about the lives lost and deals with the critical situation then to handle the situation help from Pakistani‘s who live in other countries is really important. We need to work together globally to recover and build back after disasters and deal with climate change. As it has become a very sad situation after the disasters, especially for those who have lost their dear ones and are totally helpless in this time of need, help from other countries is really a good decision because after such types of disasters, we need to work with others on the international level to tackle the problem. No doubt it’s very difficult, but Pakistani people are sincere and strong-hearted and come together in the hour of need and try to rebuild their communities again. Even though all this requires some patience, we will keep going until we become successful for a brighter future.”
